When it comes to getting the most bang for your buck, it’s important to understand that you’re only as good as your last meal, so make sure to make the most of every single bite.

For starters, it may not be a good idea to just eat one spoon full of carbs, as you’ll end up having to eat them up.

Instead, you need to take the ketogenic diet approach and consume up to 1,000 calories, or about 30% of your daily energy needs, according to the American Diabetes Association.

The best way to do this is by using a ketogenic meal replacement protocol (KMRP) which consists of a meal that includes at least 100 grams of keto-rich food, including bread, rice, fruits, and vegetables.
